Also for tipping me off about the existence of Dionne Warwick's version of Don't Make Me Over, which knocked my socks off when I heard it today. That one's quite pro-Aspie too, given our rigid behavioural patterns, but INLEE is a closer fit, I think.

I wish I could say something like Limahl's The Neverending Story or something like that, but a lot of those songs I like I heard first before I even knew AS existed.

The one that has made me think about my AS is a darker song, which I listen to when I feel bad (which is not all of the time, thank God, I love my AS).

I remember even Googling the song and "Asperger" to see if there was some special reason why this song was written, like someone close to Darren having the syndrome...

I don't have AS but I'm playing too.

"Words Don't Come Easy."

I've always thought that the song I'm Easy by Keith Carradine, was an AS song. The singer seems lost in the world of emotions that he feels for the object of his desire. He can't tell if s(he) really wants him, or if they are just playing with his feelings. He doesn't understand the intentions, and subtle cues of others.
