Researching- I am a really good researcher, I can dig up the dirt on anything.

Singing, my passion, though I am out of practise at the moment...

Photography, I am not a professional, or a technical person, but i have a unique vew of the world.

When I am socialising with likeminded, understanding people, I am at my happiest. I enjoy being at a cafe, restaurant or bar with them, as long as it isnt too noisy.

I enjoy painting and drawing

Baths and hot tubs, hot pools.. warm showers, massages.... having my feet massaged.

Being given a creative project to work on.

The phone counselling when I was doing it. I wasnt gifted at it like an NT, but I wasnt too bad..

Going out. I like being out of the house, and in the country, city, I like moving arond and looking at new places.

What a great question!

* Writing
* Coming up with off the wall, creative ideas. Not necessarily following through with them, but I've gotten a little better about that.
* Learning about things that interest me.
* Being able to get enthusiastic about things, and communicating that enthusiasm to others at times.
* Being aware of my own thoughts or feelings. Communicating them to others, if I've had time to digest them thoroughly. Turning my experiences into a "good story."
* Honesty. I do try to be diplomatic, though.
* Concern, empathy, and tolerance for others (though my social skills would probably be considered normal only among geeks, so I'm not always the most effective at EXPRESSING these).
* Willpower. I've developed a lot of it because for much of my life my only coping skill for things that didn't intrinsically motivate me was to just power through and force myself to do it.
* Thinking abstractly and being logical. I can take apart an argument like no one's business--I once found that an entire essay of Daniel Dennett's, (the famously smart and slippery modern philosopher) rested on a shift in the meaning of a word--I think he was hoping none of his readers would notice, and would think their confusion was due to the profundity of Dennett's argument.

I'm enjoying seeing all the things people here are good at! Lots of talented people here.

I like this thread!

My greatest strength is with animals, especially cats. We get along very well. Luckily, now it's my job to get along with cats. I have yet to get scratched, knock on wood!

I like to build things out of blocks. I see them as fairly complex, but my mom says they all look the same.

Using input from others over time , and this would be :
- Mechanical ability.
Air conditioning and refrigeration work to electrical /electronics to internal combustion engines and to any type of construction remodel project.

- Insight

- General knowledge .

- Work ethic.

I never think about these as abilities or strengths , I just do them .
This is what I heard.

those are all great, especially the drumming, but not hurting others is equally good.

I'm a pretty decent writer, and I'm passable at creative writing. I demonstrate a good sense of humor when the circumstances are right. I'm generally reliable and dependable, never missing work or showing up late. I try to be kind and respectful of others, though things other people have said indicate that I sometimes fail at this, generally as a result of misreading social cues/ situations. I can also often recall a great deal of random details relating to books/ movies/ TV shows I am/ have been obsessed with.
That's about it.

Strengths of the great Zara: Spatial skills, increased sensitivity to sights, sounds and smells, resistance to being cut, pain tolerance, can get into tight spaces, strong visualization skills, strong investigative skills, logic, good listener, quick, creative and inventive(when the mood strikes me), constructive skills, can cook somewhat well, survival, stealth, random OCD on random topics.
