Sleep issues since the start, depression, anxiety, some mood dysregulation. Anxiety and moods have gotten worse in the last year or two, and I'm not sure exactly why. It started with a few panic attacks (physical reaction, not mental). I've been filling in mood charts and there's definitely some swinging going on. I have quite the list (physical issues, too) for my next GP visit.

OCD, anxiety, depression, tension headaches, sensitivity to bright light and certain sounds, insomnia, over-analysing things that actually turn out to be very simple, prosopagnosia, sometimes talking too quietly and other times too loudly, clumsiness, trouble with memorizing instructions.

Oh yeah, some people mentioned sleep problems. I've got sleep problems, but not insomnia though, I'm more likely to be a hypersomniac.

Dyslexia to a minor extent (it was much worse when I was younger). Also social awkwardness. I do not always grasp people's motives clearly and misinterpret social situations. It is more awkward than disabling. I have learned to hide or not display some of the more disorienting (to NTs) Aspie traits. I think of it as passing for human.

At my age (74) I am fairly well adapted to living among the NTs. My wife of 53 years is an NT as are most of my children and grandchildren. One of my children might be an Aspie and possibly one of my grandchildren.

Social anxiety, though my medication keeps that in control nowadays. I also have mild depression, but that's probably just a chemical imbalance lots of people have, and not due to Aspergers, per se.

sleeping problems
high stress and anxiety
being a social trainwreck...even when I think things went well
overly loyal to friends; and trust me...most social circles deserve it less than you think.
auditory sensitivity
food "rituals"

I think that's everything....

Dyspraxia and attention deficit.

TBH, though, I have a very good attention span when the thing I'm meant to be concentrating on is related to my obsessions, but I tend to drift off into my own world when it isn't.
