Overcessed topic
I was obsessed at one point with Alan Rickman (British Actor) before he became more popular. He was in starring in a play at the King Edward Theatre in Toronto in the late 80s and I knew this so I went down there with a note that I gave to one of the ticket takers and I asked if he could give it to Mr. Rickman. 
I doubt he got it, but after that my obsession ended, strangely enough, and I suspect I realized that this was a silly gesture, to hand fan mail to someone to give to an actor. I am glad Rickman either did not get the note or did not respond. Rather embarrassing, really, and now I know I might have been seen as a stalker, which was not my intention.
