Yes, I am guilty. But I am still a newbie. And Ive too much time on my hands.

Is 15+ posts per day excessive though?

Check mine and you compare it with yours to see who is the real addict here.

I spend a heck of a lot of time reading things here.

It's the first and last thing I do every day unless I'm far away from a computer. I also come here many more times throughout the day. Whenever I finish something I come here. I even come here during things sometimes. Like the other day I was playing The Sims 3 and kept minimizing it to come here. Or I'll start watching a movie and halfway through I'll pause it and come here.

I had to take a break from here last year because I was too obsessive about reading every single new post that showed up on the site. Since I've been back I've been better about letting some of them go. Like when I first check it in the morning there are usually 5-7 pages of new posts. I used to have to check them all but now I check the first page or two and then maybe check a few of my favourite subforums.

I don't post that much though because I don't think that anyone really cares what I have to say. But I'm here all the time, and I enjoy reading what other people write. Wait... does that make me creepy?

So yes.

same here but i doubt it will last forever. it is the main thing getting me through a rough spot. and after such trouble relating to anyone most my life it amazes me that there are consistently topics i want to talk about and have wondered about, and the language used by aspies is (finally!) one that needs no translation. i have not yet run out of things to go "aha!" about.

i guess i have bottled up so much conversation all my life it will take some time for it all to spill out.

Well, considering that I check this site every time I use the Internet, I guess you could consider it an addiction. I don't do that with any other site, except for my e-mail.

I am very addicted to this site. Coming here is the main reason I'm always on the computer instead of sleeping or watching the DVDs I've been accumulating.

And to THINK, addiction of one sort or another is what led me to the Twelve Steps!

OH the SHAME! WHAT would my SPONSOR say????
