How do you rate in personality disorder tests?

I'm not surprised by these results thou because when I was tested for an official diagnoses of AS; AS was ruled out in favor Schizoid but I was also given diagnoses of Borderline, Obsessive-Compulsive & I was told I fit the criteria for Schizotypal as well. I take this test with a grain of salt because a lot of these disorders have very similar symptoms & the test is short & some of the questions are not worded the best. Ironiclly my mom & a few other people say call me Narcissistic & Antisocial

I've taken a *real* personality test administered by an actual psychologist. It had 150 or so questions. On that one I scored above the "clinical" threshold for borderline and avoidant personalities, along with clinical depression. Obsessive compulsive was moderate and the others were all low.

The borderline diagnosis doesn't make as much sense to me though as it seems like all the symptoms I have apply equally to depression.

I can understand that. Also Borderlines tend to think in black & white terms & I think lots of Aspies do as well. I was suffering from psychotic depression at the time I was tested. I had a personality test administered latter by a different doc who also said I did not have AS & he gave me lots of contradictory diagnoses/personality disorders.

Out of curiosity; Is anyone here a member of that site 4degreeze

If you answer positively to any questions such as...

"I feel like my life is spiralling out of control"
"I sometimes feel angry for no reason"
"I often feel lonely and empty even when I'm around friends and family"
"I don't really know who I am"

you get marked up for borderline.

At least thats my theory. But it's depression that causes me to feel this way so I don't know how someone can assume it's a "personality disorder".
