Only if that disability is of a nature that forces you to take more time than most people do to solve problems at which you are equally capable. Ex., dyslexia means you take longer to read the problems; dysgraphia means you take longer to write down your answers; etc.
I don't have either of those, but I have 100% extra time. As well as my unspecified but acknowledged PDD, I have some spacial difficulties (damn bubbles), anxiety, and ADD/ADHD/whatever. The proctor was so nice
I performed well. I wouldn't have done as well without the extra time.
