it's mostly sensory overloads that do it for me.

also this weather is really doing me in. the air is wet and cold and awful and feels so constricting.
know the feeling. I tend to get migranes when the weather is "heavier" than usual. Bad weather also seems to cause me to become depressed. On the other hand, summer rain usually tends to calm me down. This also has a posotive effect on my hay fever.

i'm also excited about going to a walk this sunday so that might have played a part in it. sometimes i get so excited a bout something and my body doesn't know what to do with all the excitement.
I tend to get rather restless when I'm excited about something. Sometimes a little overwhelmed. I tend to stim a lot when I'm overly excited.
I've never had a PANIC ATTACK. I can't really understand why people have them, unless it's caused by some physical brain activity. It appears to RUN IN FAMILIES, so I'm guessing it is some sort of physical cause behind it. People don't just panic for no reason. So maybe further genetic research will find a cure. Or maybe it serves some valuable evolutionary/survival purpose, and should be retained.

I agree that it is physical cause for many people - and I spent alot of time with people who tried to convince me it was psychological. I told the one therapist how can I have them in my sleep if they are supposed to be "psychological". The therapist told me to mention it to the doctor right away and then he was helping me find triggers and told me it was sensory overloads and tried prescribing a seizure med to help. I know some don't consider it to be any different - but at least if it is sensory than you can try and maybe not eliminate but control them better than to tell people it is just a mystery.
