I sometimes misunderstood what people mean, although I understand all the words that they say.

Assuming that they can understand you (no language barriers), and are going to listen (but not necessarily agree with) what you say--what would you tell them?

I would tell them to hire an autistic person. We need to earn a living as much as anyone else. I would also tell them never to underestimate those with autism.
