Yes, she certainly knew, and she should not have done that to you. She might be convincing herself she is "just a therapist asking questions", but she is still a "VERY cute" young woman who cannot possibly *not* know she arouses (or at least gets specifically noticed by) some of her clients.

A few weeks ago, I printed out a few pages of one thread here and highlighted one of my own posts and gave all of that to the doctor doing a physical evaluation related to my SSA disability application, and he said he would be taking a look before making his report ... and then not long after that, the SSA made an appointment for me to go see a psychologist in a few more weeks.
