So, I have become extremely lazy lately and want to get my life back on track.

Someone give me some pointers

Walk for six miles three times a week and cook all your meals from scratch using raw vegetables that need to be scrubbed or peeled, then diced. Get yourself a dog that needs to be trained and walked. Do these things and your idle state will not linger...

Winter is coming.
Convince yourself you have reverse seasonal affective disorder.
That would mean your "active" period is coming up.
Embrace it.

(I don't have enough SAD factors to be considered to have it, but I do tend to "wake up" in the autumn - though I crash in the winter. I suppose that one season of "go go go" makes me lucky.)

Honestly, check to see if there're any groups (you might have to plead or beg or pay) who help with lifestyle planning or whatever they call themselves. This at least gets your bills and replies and promises and appointments (long term stuff) into some order of importance.

This gives you a "clean spot" (clears away the standard stuff) so you can stand up and survey the things that are unique to you.

I was doing a very mundane job that i wasn't proud of then almost two weeks ago, I quit (planning to move to a new city). The idea was to move house and change job almost simultaneously (to avoid commuting or paying two lots of rent). After the first few days of not finding anywhere cheap or good enough to live, I decided to leave the actual move until another month's pay had passed and commute. Then the new job i had lined up kinda fell through. At that point my confidence dropped through the floor. now that time is running out on the job front I have an additional pressure. Maybe that mundane routine wasn't so bad after all...
