Don't let NTs take advantage of your self-doubt. If it feels like you're being bullied you probably are being bullied. I won't take that kind of crap from people anymore.

I've stopped taking crap from people, today. I've made it clear to a volunteer counselor that I wasn't going to stand for her lack of support anymore. I told the man in charge of the kitchen that today's counselors weren't doing their job.
