I don't really feel much pain at all, There have been times where I have been hit by someone from behind or where I couldn't see and I didn't even notice I was hit.
I do tend to get hurt when I start bleeding or get cut though, but I think it is more of a psychological thing, because I have a fear of sharp objects and bleeding and I usually don't feel pain until I notice I have been cut, once I was locked outside my house so I smashed the window on the door in the backyard, went into the house and my sister (who had locked me out) asked me if I was OK, she then pointed out that I had blood dripping down my arm and suddenly the pain kicked in and I had to go to a hospital, but before that I didn't even notice it at all.
I don't feel too sick I'm feeling ill either, I told my mum once I was having stomach pains and felt like I was going to throw up and she didn't even believe me because I was acting completely normal didn't seem to be bothered by it at all, then suddenly I threw up and then she believed me.
I also went out of hospital the day I had my tonsils taken out, they said I would be in pain for a few days after having them removed and that I had to stay there for a few days, but the day I got them removed I woke up after the surgery, got out of the hospital bed and asked to go home, they asked if I was in pain and I told them I wasn't and they had a talk to my mum and they said I could go home.
And when I was much younger (and didn't care much about hygiene and didn't have the fear of bleeding or sharp objects like I do now) I would walk around the streets bare footed because I hated shoes (I still do, I usually walk around in a pair of flip flops instead of bare footed though) and would walk through anything completely oblivious to what I was standing on and would often come home with a ton of cuts on my feet from walking though glass on the sidewalks and I would just wash it off, put some bandages off to stop the bleeding and go do whatever it was I was doing and feel completely fine, I sometimes even got burns on my feet in the summer (The streets can get really hot here in Australia) and I just felt completely fine and continued walking.
