I've always had a color I latch on to and dark blue has always caused an anger/hate reaction.

I thought this was going to be a topic about not having a favorite color. :) I think all colors have their place. A neutral color can offset a brighter color to nice effect, and all colors interact with each other in different ways, so I don't really have a favorite.

ditto

I couldnt vote cause there wasnt an "other"

I also love orange. It reminds me of the warmth of summer.

Green is my favourite but only darker shades. I'm not as fond of lighter ones.

I find purple to be very pretty and calming so I chose purple. I don't have anything that is purple, but I like the color... sometimes I guess I use the color in my art. I also like blood red... but that wasn't a choice

Orange. It makes me happy. I feel more relaxed yet aware when it's around. It also looks best on me, reds and yellows too. But Orange is the one that makes me generally happy just by looking at it. I also like Green. It is soothing, but just not as great as orange IMO :)

Color changes my life in so many ways. When I was a toddler if I was given as few as two colored pencils I would play with them quietly and happily for several hours. Not drawing with them, looking at them. I remember doing this myself, too. Color fascinates and mesmerizes me.

I like to surround myself with my favorite colors which are in order of preference: 1) Cranberry Red 2) Forest Green 3) Dark Blue.

I need rich, saturated colors around me, but not brights. I react strongly in a negative way to certain shades of orange such as Salmon and Rust. I have a less strong negative reaction to all pastel shades. When I am surrounded by my favorite colors I feel trance-like and euphoric. It's almost like a drug.
