stubborness
Oh man I clicked on this immediately.
I am extremely stubborn, and feel the exact same way. I refused everything when I was little (which inevitably lead to horrendous health and teasing, but now I'm better).
The first things that I can remember, that still happen now, are being told to eat my food. So normal, right? "Eat your peas, missy or you don't get dessert!"
But no I hardly ate anything that I didn't make, prepare or get out of the cupboard for myself. I still have a problem with this and I'm 17. My parents cook a lot but I choose to eat independently, but if my Mom wants me to try something she will stick the utensil in my face until I either give in or keep my lips clamped shut for about a full minute.
I do believe there is a difference between being stubborn and being reasonable.
...But where's the line?
