oh..........any type of rocking counts as rocking?? like, when i am waiting for my washing machine to be done turning ( i have a washing machine yay) and i push with my butt on the sink , again, again and again, i am rocking then? or when i wait for my microwave to be done, and i shift my weight from one foot to the other....wait. Now that i have written it down, i sound fairly ret*d . Why do i wait in front of my appliances?? LOL. i do rock though. yeah......i thought i didn't.....gosh. enough discoveries about myself already, i stim, i rock and i have no personality aside the female AS traits...wtf.

i don't know what it is called that ultra-orthodox worshippers at the wailing wall do, i.e., vigorous rocking forwards and backwards of their heads/torsos- but i do something similar to that, when i am drowsy or uncomfortable for any reason.
