same here, it's like I'm on the WrongPlanet 
Like being Mr. Spock on Startrek only one of a species surrounded by irrational people who do really strange activites that have no purpose and accomplish nothing.
The idol worship NT's engauge in is amusing, they fall all over jocks and movie stars and musicians, really weird.
Polictics is totally baffling,the NT's get so hung up with the political party nonsense they fail to accomplish the real goal of government. They are too busy playing political hand granades trying to kill the other political party,like it's some sort of competative sport.
Work is really weird,now they want to call people associates,but people in management don't actually want to hear a word out of the peon workers or do they want them to know anything beyond what they need to know to accomplish their job.
If other people do a similar job at a company just like you do,it's not good to do really good at your job, that makes them look bad and will also prevent you from getting promoted because they won't ever find anyone else to do the job you are doing as well or even as close to that good. Be the best bathroom cleaner there ever was and you will do it for life 
because the place looks great and they will never find anyone again to do such a good job.
Being barely compentant at a job will keep getting you promoted until you reach the level of your incompentance and there you will stay,you found your calling in life,in over your head.
Trying to help NT's improve their plight in life is a lost cause, don't even bother. They don't want to hear they have been doing something all worng for decades and need to try a different approach to the problem. Once they have been programmed a certain way there is no way to change their programming. It's like trying to change a democrap into a republican,it ain't going to happen or could anyone turn a anti union person into a pro-union person or the other way around in either case. These people make up their mind about something and thats it.
I used to drive a truck and all sorts of goobers would become driver training guru's 
for the trucking companies. There is no way to teach an adult to change their driving habits after a few decades of driving cars. It's possable to take somebody in their early 20's and teach them to safely drive a truck, but for older people no way would they adjust their driving style. They would humor somebody long enough to complete training,but once they where on their own they would drive a truck the same way they drove a car and one day crash.
Hell with the NT world,just stay out of the line of fire and watch the morons go at it.
