If you know you have AS and don't "Recoup" one or 2 after a while I might be slightly worried. A while being like, months to years. It happened to me and it was actually burnout.

Yes, I have periods of time I do not have special interests, they usually last a week to a month.

Usually they transition right into each other. This is the first time I've had an extended period between interests. I found it distressing when it had been a few weeks. Now it's been a few months and it leaves me feeling a little lost and rather anhedonic. It feels like I'm just waiting for something to kick in, but nothing is doing so. I'm starting to think of trying to force it--just try things which seem like they might grab me in hope that they will.
