I try to avoid introspection. Introspection for me is like visiting a musty attic or a damp basement. I find most of the interesting things outside myself. So I do not look inward.

I have always been an extremely introspective person and being able to take time to think about how I feel and the way I relate to the world is very important to me. When I was younger, it was very hard to understand where many of my thoughts and feelings came from and how to process them fully, but as I have grown older and gained additional coping skills, I have found that I am fairly good at figuring out the source of my problems and working out how to deal with them.

I spend a lot of time introspecting. It's very important to me to reflect on things, sort out my thoughts, and figure out what is at the root of an anxiety or behavior.

I am very introspective, but I question it. Is it a sterling quality? I envy spontaneous people who live without giving it a lot of thought, sometimes. They seem so happy just being without thinking.

Extroverted, pretty aware of my feelings, though suspect that I am not sure about subconsious feelings, yet introspective to the extreme, dog.

Sometimes I wonder about the power of my own introspection. I guess there are layers of delusion that I dont even know about yet. But I think that life will help me out with revealing that, it is always good at slapping me around with new stuff I cant handle.

You saved me having to post this about myself, for there it is. My introspection includes self-observation, that has really helped me to be successful in a lot of ways I think.
