Anyone else unorganized/un-neat handwriting?

It depends, sometimes it's perfect, other times, I can't even read what I wrote.

I too have been told that I have "serial killer" writing... not really sure what that means.

Mine is very bad. To make things worse, we were told to use cursive for the entire school time. Eventually, at the age of 26, I taught myself writing in print letters quickly. For a while, my writing improved, but it is back to my illegible default.

I have always had very neat handwriting. I've been experimenting recently with making it messier.

Messy, at best.
Letters run together or just end up as a squiggle, and anything I write has random caps or runs of printing scattered through it.
I hate having to cross something out as a correction.
