29. Expecting you to know when an apology is necessary, and, in my case, when it's not.

31. Being expected to be non-curious, uninterested in the world around you, and unpassionate about truth like the majority of the NTs i have encountered.

32. Being judged by age/gender/race and other stereotypes e.g. you're so young, you wouldn't understand

33. Expectations to socialize with people just because they are family, especially when they would never be somebody you would talk to in real life.
34. Expectations to go to social events when they hold no importance.

With regards to the OP and others. I don't talk to my family because of some of these NT expectations. Honestly, to the OP, you sound like you are non-conforming and possibly queer. More power to you. My advice. Stand up to your mother and her expectations. Tell her that what she expects is not for everybody, especially you. If somebody is acting like a bigot, call them on it. Say judging people on race, sexual orientation, sexism, etc is bigoted. The fact is people don't like being faced with the fact when they are being bigots, but I think they need to call them on it in general.

Yeah. Why should anyone apologise to me when I am the only one being so unreasonable :(

34. That I could live up to what they say is my potential.
35. That I can talk in groups of more than two people.
36. That I can figure out social rules just by watching people.
37. That I can care about something, just because they think it is important.

38) to be dropped off at my brother's friend's house and that I should "know" how to socialize with them while he goes on call (works as a wrecker driver). I hate it when people throw me at their friends and expect me to have a good time.

Unfortunately, it seems like the way that I learn is by making a mistake, and realizing what I did wrong after the fact.

Not many of these seem "incomprehensible". Most of them seem simply "unrealistic".
