... Neli said he was first approached by a Stafford County sheriff deputy behind a high school, and was searched without incident. After no weapon was found, Neli told his mother, this is what the deputy said:
Quote:
“How is your mom? Did she find her baby daddy yet? Don’t worry champ, keep hope alive (pumps fist in air), bet your grandma still hasn’t found her baby daddy yet. What is she, 100 years old? Maybe she should call Tyrone and find out. Maybe you should go on Maurey and find out who your daddy is. Your dad is probably sitting on the corner at the liquor store drinking. I have a dream that one day all the little black boys and little black girls will know who their father is. I have a dream that one day all black fathers will stop running out on their whores to go rob a bank. I bet you all are glad that Barack Obama is President now. You get to get free fried chicken. You can rob a bank and get away with it. Maybe now dog fighting will not be illegal. He should have went to jail longer.

“Barack Obama is going to turn the White House into a strip club and call it the n****r house. He’s going to paint the White House black and put strippers on top of it. Don’t get me wrong, I love me a black b***h every now and then. But that’s not what the White House is about. Oh, I forget, it’s called the n****r house. How’s a baboon going to know how to run the White House? That’s why it’s called the White House, not the baboon house. Boy, I remember the good old days when we were cracking the whips on your backs.”

This sounds a little made up. Who is going to remember someone said all that? If the cop said this in the squad car or even standing next to it they will have it on digital video complete with audio. Same thing for the holding center or where ever they took him. If the cop said this he should have his balls kicked in but if was someone playing the race card they should get their balls kicked in for lying to get out of trouble. I have no doubt that the kid was screwed over by someone calling the cops on him wrongly and the way the cops behaved. But he did take a cop's mace and ran off with it and a cop was injured while trying to retreave the mace. If the cops said all this and there was proof of it would be nationwide news. 60 minutes would have done story on it and activists would be picking up the cause.

Stories like this makes me really not want to stand up for myself against cops if they harass me because they have authority over me and do I want to go to jail too and then get sentenced?

Who is going to remember who said all that? Someone with a savant memory and they said autistics tend to remember that good of detail.

The "race card" is so weak it may as well be the two of clubs. Most white people will disbelieve claims of racism, so it seems unlikely that anyone would make this stuff up for attention. And cops say things like that all the time, the nationwide news and 60 minutes usually don't care. It may very well be that activists are already involved.

As for who'd remember? Asperger's Syndrome is known for bringing along a pretty accurate long-term memory. I can often recall conversations fairly accurately. I would be surprised if no one else here could.

What Neli said the cop said does not sound like typical racist remarks. I know cops say racist or biggoted stuff everyday but what they say is the usual or common racist remarks. What was said does not sound like the typical stuff racists say. They sound too "cartoonish" and over the top. If the cop said what he said it most likely would be on tape either from a squad car or a the holding center. So where is the evidence? He is not making stuff up to get attention he is making stuff up to get out of trouble. At both school and work I have lied to get out of trouble including twisting what people have said to make them look bad. As for the cop if he did not run off with the cop's mace he would not be in trouble now.The cop broke an ankle trying to retrieve the mace. If a criminal ran off with a cop's mace they could use it rob, rape, or kill a blinded victim and it would be the cop's fault for allowing a suspect to steal his/her mace. (I do not believe Neli was going to use it for any of that, he probably was trying to avoid getting sprayed but he could have done it in a better manner)

Whenever I encounter the police I talk in a clear precise mannor. I am neither rude or a misleading when dealing with them and I certainly do not take a weapon from him.

If the cop did say what was quoted he was probably trying to provoke a violent response from Neli to either excuse their behavior towards him or trying to get him to act up so they could "legally" beat him up.

I have heard my own sister say stuff more cartoonish than that. You should have heard her going off about Obama, Al Qaeda, black people and Hispanic people, and the food stamp cuts. Or I guess you could read the comments on many online news articles. They go well beyond the things that sheriff was reported as saying.

Dave Chapelle had a line about those moments that are so racist they had to happen in a movie and no one would believe them later - but they were happening in real life right in front of you.

I'm not saying that Neli was or was not lying, but I am saying that what he reported, based on prior knowledge and experience with the ways people express racism, is plausible to me.

As far as I know there are no longer wild bears roaming around the US..I could be misinformed

My ex co-worker's cousin's 5 year old was attacked by a boar in their fenced in backyard he almost had to have his leg removed. This was in Georgia.

My father's 84 acres of land in Western New York near the PA boarder has black bears, moutain lions, and coyotes.

Its not uncommon for mountain lions to attack hikers and bicyclists in some California suburbs and rural areas.

well abut six months ago a bear attacked my chicken coop...so yes wild bears are still roaming around. However we have the right to own weapons to defend ourselves from rabid politicians not wild bears.

We are having bear sightings in the suburbs here. We also have coyotes roaming behind a K-mart and a cemetary and this New York state.

Hell, I stand corrected then. We have wild razor tusk boars too, and stags, but no carnivores apart from dogs.

Here in Western New York most of the suburbs have heavily wooded areas around the fringes of most communities. There are plenty of deer crossing signs on just about everywhere near me since deer are big enough to smash up a car when it hits one. We actually can hear deer hoves walking across the drive way at night and on the morning commute we have packs of wild turkeys that block the street. We see as many wild animals in the subburbs as my dad sees on our heavily wooded rural property. It could be what is attracting the bears.

When I was in high school a German foreign exchange student could not believe the wildlife he would see every morning when he walked to school he was always walking to school with a camera.
