I'm going to try something weird. I'm going to making an asparagus/cilantro concoction in my blender that I'll drink twice a day. I'll do this for a month or so and see if anything changes.

Buy some garlic and ginger and add that into the blender as well with a few spices, like say for example Tumeric and Chilli powder.

The powders offer some benfits but it is the garlic and ginger which really help to alkalise the body and clear away toxins.

If you live near an asian specialist shop they are likely to sell the stuff i mentioned cheaper than supermarkets, but guess it depends on where you are.

I'll try it. How long should I expect the concoction to hold up in the fridge?

Personally I'd expect it to stay fresh for a day, maybe two days max in the fridge. If you can buy the ingredients I'd prefer just to make some of it once a day.

Raw garlic is the boooomb. I'd eat it on the constant if it didn't make me smell like I'd rolled in a rotting cabbage patch.
