Did you not have conduct disorder as a child. I enjoyed inflicting pain on others by pinching them and would get aggressive at times.
No I was fighting for self defense because I was smaller than everyone else and quiet so it was like having to wear a sign that read victim. I was well behaved until the teacher or students caused me to be otherwise.
Some teachers called me an angel other thought I was demon possessed. 
I never enjoyed hurting people but I did not care if I injured them. I kicked a kid in the eye with steel toe work boots that I wore as self defense device in school. I broke his orbital socket.

Bullying was extremely prevalent when I was in grade school in the 1970s, and the violence in the media was nowhere near where it is now, while video games were white dots or polygons on a black screen.

.In Liberia they have no tv or cinema due to decades of grinding poverty and war. I have seen documentaries about it and they show large groups of boy soldiers who are more violent than the adults. They have very little access to tv or films and look what they are doing to their opponents. Some of the kids came from the country side having no exposure to war but when given a weapon and an agenda they took to the violence like a duck to water. It is human nature to destroy.
