I tend to obsess over spicy food - various spicy Indian, Chinese, and Tex-Mex dishes, as well as pepperoni pizza. Also Buffalo wings.

I've also obsessed over "Mongolian grill" type restaurants, although how they pre-prepare the food before putting it out makes a lot of difference.

Anything from my garden. I obsess about growing the stuff, for the most part. The fact that it's healthy and yummy are a plus. I have some garden pics on flickr under my username, if anyone is interested. Note: You can buy about a thousand lettuce seeds for the cost of one head of lettuce at the store.

Sushi. If sushi was the only thing I could eat, ever. I'd be fine with that.
I'm definitely more for maki sushi than nigri sushi. But it's all delicious.
And I like Japanese sushi and Westernized sushi the same. <3

I actually go on Tumblr and look at sushi blogs for hours. :3

I used to obsess over steak burritos, but for the past ten years, I obsess over my body's condition. Unfortunately, I had to choose to obsess over one OR the other, and I made my choice in favor of sound body.

Steak!

When the grocery store ads come in the paper on Wednesday for sales that start on Thursday, cracking those ads open feels a bit like checking your ticket against the winning lottery numbers.

Steak isn't on sale this week.

I used to be obsessed when i was younger, with steak...always wanted my mom to make it. Now that im an adult, i can actually make a really good steak..but dont eat it as often, especially during the winter time...I HATE the taste of an indoor cooked steak...I have to have it outdoors on the grill, and medium rare.

Yeah, grilled steak is so much better, but pan seared and then finished in the broiler works OK. I love steak mainly because my brain seems to function so much better when I eat decent amounts of protein.

Whenever I discover a new food or snack that I like, I get really obsessed with it and want to eat it every day for a while and then at least once per week for a long time afterwards. It can be all kinds of food really, as long as I like the taste and texture. Each obsession with food can last from a few weeks up to a few years.

The only true food ritual I have is when I pack a lunch. I took the exact same lunch all through school and ate it in the same order:
-Tuna sandwich
-Pickle
-Strawberry yogurt
-Canned pineapple
-Pepperoni
-Mini Snickers or Milky way
-Juice box

Cheese pizza! Popcorn with butter and salt! Yummy! Yummy! :D

I'm willing to eat those at any time, except if I'm full.

I just ran out of Cheerios. Not happy.

I'm fond of pasta in four cheeses sauce.

Mongolian Lamb.

Vegetmite and cheese on Vitawheats. I'm Australian, I was weaned on Vegemite.

I'm always up for a stir fry with either noodles or rice. Teriyaki, sweet n sour, butter chicken, etc.

Sushi.

Individual ingredients I love are:
bacon, ham, mustard, avocado, olives, and some unhealthy snacks include nacho cheese doritos, kinder bueno and bbq shapes.

This is true for me.

If I like a meal, I can eat it three times a day for years. :D
Makes grocery shopping a breeze, cause you only have to hit a few aisles.

I love wings, extra crispy, usually mild, butter and garlic, and Cajun flavors. I love hot but it bothers my stomach. I love meat, and eat quite a bit of it, steak, pork, etc. Being half itialian, I love Italian foods. I also love sushi, specifically tuna sushi, and tuna tataki, pe peppered tuna. I usually get on kicks, one week it could be clams, another wings, etc.
