So, I was going to create a web calculator, but I realized that it would be far quicker and easier just to do a google calculation using the following string:
"-0.255856672631116 + 0.0223559704161317*AQ + 0.00201304824238126*AS-0.000615104830914709*NE"
Basically, just place your AQ score number where "AQ" is, replace the "AS" with your aspie score number and then replace the "NE" with your Neurotypical score and copy and paste that into google.
For example, if my AQ score was 30, and my aspie score was 120 and my neurotypical score was 80:
I'd google the following string:
-0.255856672631116 + 0.0223559704161317*30 + 0.00201304824238126*120-0.000615104830914709*80
And Google is telling me my Diagnosis Score is .607.
Here's the google link for the above example if you want to see it in action:

Basically you can only draw correlation between has/hasn't a dx and any other tests when you seek for a causal basis. Any other approach challenges the logic, i.e. correlation has no indication on causal connection in itself, nor it has indication on the direction of a supposed connection.
Thats said, I'm not surprised that self-tests seem to be the most accurate ones. IQ tests by far the most inaccurate bc they measure a narrow-field ability and scoring on them can be fairly improved by practicing (if someone could tell me the logic behind the more difficult questions I could learn to detect them in different examples since I'm a pattern-thinker, spatial abilities also count in, not everyone with ASD has a good one, also ADD quality makes difference). Scoring on facial recognition and memory tests is dependent on the individual's attention-span and ability to solve a well-defined task. It doesn't indicate that a person in actual situations has the ability to produce the necessary information and can store it in the long run, or can use it, interpret it, react to it. For example, I'm always having hard time with facial memory and with reading emotions from faces to a lesser degree, and my scores are fairly average on these tests.
The severity of autistic traits can only be determined only by two basic methods: observation and self-assessment. The former is more accurate, but less frequently used even by professionals bc of practical reasons: they consume more time and require more of the resources we have at hand. I consider AQ-like professional tests and questionnaires of parents/siblings as being self-assessment bc the subjectivity and fallibility they involve. Maybe real observation-based methods are reserved for scientific research only, with only a fairly small amount of exceptions. So, it may be the case that even professional diagnoses are based mostly on data that are basically self-assessment in their origin.
