NT or AS - how much time can you spend with someone?

She might not be quite that blunt, but I do believe she'd tell me if I was demanding too much of her time. Yesterday I communicated that I did not know how to tell if she wanted me to go home and she said she'd tell me if it got to that point. From my experience, most people wouldn't do this, which is why I have such a hard time knowing. I wish more people would be like her and actually be willing to say it.

I guess I can look at it in reverse, too, because when people ask me places I'm usually quite honest about why I don't want to go. I'll say it makes me too anxious or whatever. It doesn't occur to me to say "oh I'm busy" or make up some excuse.

But I will stay on the lookout for her to say something like you described, just in case.
