I hear something too when its quiet its like... I cannot describe it but I can try... Its like.. Static noise kind of..

I get the static-e noise when it's really quiet and I manage to stop thinking, then I start thinking again or listen to music or whatever, just to not hear that sound, it's just so..... blank...

Okay, I think I know the static you guys are talking about, but if you put together all the times that my head's been blank in my life, it would amount to about ten minutes.

My mind is more cluttered than most peoples, which is why I forget things easily and have trouble listening to people.
