'Thanks for the replies everyone! I started the pills a couple days ago. Not the birth control pills yet, but some other estrogen one I am supposed to take first. Don't know how long they take to kick in, but I still feel like regular ol' me. I did not really think they would change me mentally, but was just curious. I was just a tad bit worried that I would change, and wasn't sure if I wanted that to happen....

You'll feel change for sure, depends on your deficiencies you might be better or worse. To me, estrogen containing pills gave me heavy periods, painful breasts, yeast infection and insomnia. Although that's because I didn't need any more estrogen. It's all about balance.

I've always have a high level of hormones. I am undeniably female physically but I have a very male attitude, outlook and preferences. I have a low 2D:4D ratio and I am extremely left handed. Most likely aspie but, as many here have suggested, that's just 'wishful thinking' on my part until the magical adult autism specialist doctor finds me and dx's me.

I have elevated testosterone, and was borderline PCOS for several months.
I'm currently on an anti-androgen (Spirinolactone).
This isn't the first time a possible link has been brought up here,
interestingly-enough.
