I wonder if people who stim more than the general population are also more prone to Bruxism than the gp...

Maybe. Personally, whether I'm awake or asleep, I have the opposite problem -- my mouth just sort of hangs open unless I put forth an effort.

Me too. Making a puddle on my pillow and accidentally drooling in front of people I don't know...
This has only been happening in the last couple of years.
I've been wondering about the medication side of things because I have a stim that involves moving my shoulderblades a lot, I keep hurting my back.
I've tried antipsychotics in the past, the loss of control over my movements, more than the usual, was really unnerving. I scared the other patients, heh.

Fellow pillow puddler here....I sometimes have to flip my pillow several times to find a dry spot(yuck)
..I do the shoulder lift and squeeze a lot.I assumed it was because my neck hurts all the time(from being a tummy sleeper)....Have you tried one of those microwavable heat wraps to wrap around shoulders?I use mine all the time...helps a lot in the winter, too.I made mine with an extra piece going down the spine area(as well as across the shoulders)...then I lean against a chair back and it pushes between my shoulder blades...the heat and weight really feel nice.

Yep, I tend to dowse my pillow with a healthy helping of saliva some nights. Sometimes I don't though.

I tend to do the drooling-while-I-sleep thing far more often if I'm taking a nap. If I take a nap, I can almost always count on waking up in a puddle...

I fell asleep at school once. When I woke up, there was a cluster of people standing around me staring and then they laughed at me. My face was in the biggest puddle I have ever seen. I guess it was worse because there was nothing to absorb it-- just a smooth desk so it just grew. They were just standing there watching me drool and seeing how big the puddle would get, I s'pose.
