Great idea. And a blog and Youtube do not rule each other out. It is possible to embed Youtube videos in a blog. Good luck!

It's a good idea. But on Youtube, you get really horrible NT people posting really rude comments about the person doing the video. I've read it on other videos about AS. Some people just can't seem to keep their bad opinions to themselves. Or they're not always opinions - they just post them because they ain't got anything better to do than to belittle others on the web.

But if you insist, then do it. I think it's a good idea, and I will support you on Youtube.

I'd probably either block them or disable comments a and make it so you have to comment on the official site

It is unfortunate the comments that get posted on Youtube. They are uncalled for. It's like some people just use it as a place to belittle others (like you said Joe90). There are other places on the internet where this happens too. I have looked at Topix a few times---and wow---what comments. However, I believe most people can see thru those kinds of negative comments and realize they are irrational comments. So like Joe90 stated, it's a good idea to post your videos and we will support you. Good luck.

Ya, I remember I found a video saying autism people were evil and nazis that were trying to take over the world and the video was serious and the comments had people agreeing and when a person with autism replied they would say bad stuff to them -_-

It's good idea, but would be better if you got some other Aspie's to do it with you. Remember, we are all different, so one perspective might be a little helpful, but the more perspectives that you have the more people that will be interested and the more you'll be able to help. You would be better off with a video forum, almost like a internet TV program, like "The View" or whatever. I'd be willing to help, but I'm not tech savvy. I think something like that would be extremely helpful. There has to be some Aspies in here that could help you, though. Maybe you could even talk to the creators of "Wrong Plant."

Ditto.

There are already a ton of Aspie Youtubers doing this, and most of them are solo. From what I've seen in commenting there, a lot of folks are confused by it who don't know much about it.

This here is a GREAT idea. The more the better too! People need to learn we are NOT all alike.

Hey guys just adding a quick update.

I have barely created a website and will first have some questions there and then after i start feeling good I think i'll change this into a podcast like thing and maybe if it gets enough viewers/listeners i might start doing live ones. :D

I'm planning on making this podcast a part time job during school. which means if the site i signed up with will let me, i'll run ads on the site.

The website is here.

There is nothing on it yet but later today i plan on adding stuff to it.

[it would be nice if someone could make a logo for this :D]

It's a good idea. I think you should disable the comments if it is possible on youtube.
Youtube is filled with comments from the most ignorant, insensitive people on earth.
I admire you for having the confidence to post yourself on you tube. If I saw my self on film and knew other people did as well I would most likely kill myself.

Although it's a good idea, there isn't exactly a shortage of aspie-related videos on the web.

What's your channels USP?

Well the other channels/videos I find aren't about asking questions directly to a spies and that being the main thing
