Yes, my left eye is noticeably smaller. It's partly due to my right eye's extreme nearsightedness (combined with farsightedness in the other), but even so, contacts are almost impossible to insert into my left eye because the distance between my top and bottom eyelids isn't wide enough. I finally gave up on contacts and glasses altogether.

My left eye *feels* smaller. I realized that I usually only smile with the left half of my face, and thus the muscles I used to do so are much more toned. Since I squint when I smile, my left eye usually feels like it is less open than the right. If anyone else does this, force yourself to smile with only the other half, not for exercise but to reverse what seems to be a near atrophy of the brain controlling those areas.

I've noticed recently that they are the same size but one eyelid tends to open more sometimes

Oh.....I DO smile with only the left side of my face....and when i try doing your "right side exercise" it seems i can't smile with the right side, only "pull on the muscles". It feels like a horrific grimace, pretty sure it looks that way, too :P
I have that eye issue BTW. The left eye seems to be smaller.

No, both my eyes are equal in size, and once again, this is just another pointless correlation to AS!!

I have no idea if there is a correlation to this and my AS, but I feel there is a serious disconnect or communication issue between my brain's hemispheres, especially with motor function. This has led my posture to be uneven, creating back problems, and also for my facial expressions to be very odd, which, over the years, has led to an unevenness in my face, including the shape and relative size of my eyes.

A kinda cool and creepy thing to do is take a full face picture of your self.
Cut it in half.
Duplicate each half
then put the two right sides together and the two left sides together-

you get two totally different looks.

Has anyone actually taken measurements? One exercise that could be done is to take a front photo and take pupil, iris, etc measurements from there. It would be interesting to see if this was an optical illusion or a real phenomenom.

Left eye smaller, and very much weaker: nearsightedness and astigmatism in both eyes.

Everyone has some sort of facial asymmetry. In order to have perfect symmetry in the face your mother would need to have a perfect pregnancy. Even something is little as the environment can affect the baby. (Saw this in a documentary about human beauty.) The fact that you notice people with AS have a slightly larger left eye is coincidental.

My right eye is smaller, or perhaps appears smaller because my eyelid is closed more than my left. But others don't really notice

I don't think so because as this guy says

Is it likely that Aspies use one brain emisphere more than the other, and then the shape of the both side of the face and eyes would slowly diverge over the years as they don't receive the same input for the brain, making one eye smaller that the other.
I don't get what would be eccentric is this reasoning.
