I'll bet on my theory of mind that this thread theme has nothing to do with generalizing WP culture, in any way shape or form.

And the point of this thread was to explore the validity of Wrong Planet as a harbor for misanthropists. That's not to say that ALL people here are misanthropists, but rather, misanthropists on the internet tend to be attracted here because of the anti-NT sentiments so they definitely have a measurable presence here, even if they're a minority.

I really have nothing much to say about those two videos. But what I will say, is that I have never seen any of that on this website. I have not seen any threads made about "genocide of the perfect race". If that stuff really is on this website (like in adult discussion, since I'm not allowed in there yet :P), I have yet to see it.

No, not at all, there was not a tinge of humor, it was anecdotal. And Oh C'mon sw, I wasn't born yesterday, you yourself post your self assesment as poor in ToM.

Hate? No. I do not hate NTs in general, however there are instances in which I do become rather annoyed, and this mainly involves subjects such as their perceptions of those with AS (which they can't be held completely accountable for), double standards, hypocrisy, irrationality, and lack of empathy for those different than themselves.

That's not to say someone on the spectrum could not possess such qualities, however I find a pattern of this amongst NTs, which I have been subjected to much of my life.

But despite my annoyance, and occasional frustration, I can't hate them because I understand these things are generally part of their innate programming, so I must ultimately be forgiving of these things.

Okay, I see. Well, just to let you know, I'm starting to doubt my self-assessments since I seem to err towards, oh, self-deprecation and exaggeration. I noticed that I kept scoring above the cutoffs on various mental disorder tests (Like aspergers, ADHD, ocd, schizophrenia, sociopathy, etc.) and it seems logically impossible that I could have EVERYTHING, so I'm willing to bet that my self-assessments could be placing too much much focus on minute or irrelevant details. It's possible I could have a very good ToM, except just not when it comes to verbal communication in a few limited cases with particular people. Maybe.

No.

Do I fantasize about an all-AS world?

Sure.

I have been hurt a lot by NT's in the past. It is a coping mechanism. I am learning to deal with my hate. It isn't just that I hate what NT's have done to me. It's that I hate my inability to fake NT. When I meet other people with AS who understand my hate there is a tribal sense of relief. "I'm not the only one." Sometimes we can get a little maniacal and/or delusional sure. It's our way of dealing with our emotional pain.

Your video is way off the mark. People with AS don't truly hate NT's. There are a small minority of us who entertain AS supremacy theories because of how dejected we feel from society. I wish that it did not come to this point. I am not proud of this. I am trying not to hate.

Comparing us to Nazi's is outright trolling. You know as well as anyone that Aspergia is a fantasy and defense mechanism related to how we have been treated. Who are you to make us feel even worse for what we have already experienced? Have you never lived on Aspergia before? Or is this your way of trying to leave Aspergia? Are you speaking to yourself?

I'm a retired AS Magneto and I've had enough of people accusing us of "NT bashing" when we are simply trying to find our way in this world. Is is blatantly obvious that none of us could entertain our delusions of grandiosity in the first place.

I still want to learn how to tie a knot. Thank you and good night. :)

I'm sure a large portion of the members here don't hate people at all. For me, I hardly know what it feels like to be angry, "hate" is too strong an emotion for me to fathom. Even though I feel like I never fit in anywhere, I find NT people quite interesting to observe. I believe the world is the way it is because most people are NT and a minority are not. We need both kinds to make it work. I really don't think a purely AS society is likely to work. We need NT people.

I profess that I'm of this group and it's probably one of the things I have in common with y'all. One common species of hater is women haters in the Love And Relationships section, and many of those guys in there are those who deplore womenkind. So, am I far off the mark in thinking that Wrong Planet attracts misanthropists, neurotypical and autistic misanthropists alike?


That coming from the same girl who claims that the majority of autistic guys are likely to be rapist. She started a Facebook group a few years ago called the "Female protection force against autism" which got banned because of complaints about it vilifying autistic people and people with AS. She has also been banned several times on WP under several different user names for spamming and trolling. Please ignore her.
