All I have to say to this is that I'm a lot healthier than I should be, considering my lifestyle, and my family has a history of mild longivity.

Depends the reason why the life expectancy for an Autistic person is low because of drowning and loneliness.

I would assume autism would make us less healthy because we tend to have more stress due to not fitting in & living in a world that is not fit for us. Stress can cause LOTS of health problems.

I'm fortunate to be very healthy, but that isn't the case with a lot of people on the spectrum.
