I can usually spot aspie-eye's too. I don't know what it is about them, but they tend to stand out. It might just be because I have a blank-stare instead of how most people have active eye movement. I hate eye contact and it seems like the harder I try, the more awkward I probably look.

I get the same, people are always telling me to cheer up even when I am not actually depressed or even feeling down!

I think I should perhaps do like the joker and plant a permanent smile on my face or something.

I remember getting s**t over that, I don't smile, period, and people don't like that. Some chick I worked with was the same way and witnessed me pulling a troll moment on someone due to them giving me flak about it. I basically used my hands to 'lift' the edges of my mouth up into a smile and told the person to bugger off. That person stormed off all pissed off, I laughed way too much afterwards, so did the girl I worked with that I mentioned and we are pretty much friends. The girl used to live in liverpool and knew full well what I said, and complimented me on my Pythonesque delivery of it all.

I actually tried doing that during my early teens. I apparently don't do well forced planted smiles well, because people always asked me why I was so angry. I never can get it right. I'm either happily angry or average depressed according to others.

If I didn't know any better, I would have thought this was a confident NT boy with a cocky personality. And that is my honest opinion, and my NT brother said that too. Or is it a confident NT person?

You could be NT for all I know, by looking at your face. Actually you have the same sort of eyes as a person I know who works in the pub down the road (she is NT).

I have noticed...something...about many people on the spectrum and their eyes, but I just can't place what.

I don't have any pictures to hand, but there is of course video, if that is an adequate alternative, in my signature

I think autistic eyes have a spark in them. I think they're life-full, not lifeless.
