My voice itself? No. My voice changed when I was 10 or 11. I am the only girl I have ever known who had their voice change like a boys, but mine did. I went from being an alto to a female tenor or bass. Seriously.
Sound the tone of my voice is not young sounding however the way I talk is a little immature. It holds me back at work. I'm articulate when I write, but when I talk no. I sound like a teenager.
