As I said, at 15 it's not as bad as you're making out. I do agree he shouldn't be showing it to people who don't want to see it, but as he has Asperger's you should be more understanding - Aspies aren't exactly the best at knowing what's socially acceptable, and it seems like it's his obsession.

Further more, since his parents approve, it's not really your business what he does and does not watch.

That is all.

HE KEEPS SHOWING IT TO ME.

TELL HIM TO F**K OFF WHEN HE DOES, OR BETTER YET, JUST IGNORE IT.

I still say there's no need to judge him or snitch just because you don't like what he does, but hey, that's me out of this thread now.

Do your parents know about this? As if not, you should talk to them about it.

And if your feeling uncomfortable with the situation and what he's shown you definitely talk to your parents this.

:)

YOUR being a grammar Nazi. You literally just copy and pasted previous posts you made. Your stagnant behavior on this matter is very disturbing. The mentality that all kids are just "exploring" isn't right. Not at all, especially when this kid is using AS as an excuse for showing other kids these awful videos.

And I apologize for calling you a "f*****g idiot" I went overboard.

Hey please keep in mind that the op is likely around 15 himself!

Zabriski, you did the right thing.

If the kid is an aspie, and as Asp-Z says doesn't understand that this isn't "socially unacceptable", then this is something he is now closer to understanding, which is a lessen he will need to learn.

In my state showing pornography to a minor is a prosecutable offense. The parents wouldn't only have their child taken away but they'd be jailed.

See, this is what I mean about "if all rules were enforced, we'd all be in jail." Before computers and the internet became mainstream, porn magazines were passed around in schools, and these days they all just tell each other what sites they use. No one gets arrested for that and it'd be stupid if they were.

I'm 17 myself so I'm not too far disconnected from all of this, and the age of consent here is 16 anyway, so perhaps now you can see why I don't get the big deal about a 15 year old watching porn (even if it is a rather weird type). It's just human nature really, and it's the nature of Aspies not to know what's socially acceptable.

I agree. You should have left him alone after telling him that you're not interested in that kind of stuff.

I take it since you're old enough to write grammatically correct messages on an internet forum, and this guy's in your class, that you're around your teenage years?

So your okay with kids watching porn at school? You sir are an epic fail. School=learning zone, not creep the f**k out of kids zone. :x

No, you're the "epic fail," which, by the way, is grammatically incorrect. it's epic failURE. FAIL is not a noun. Apparently school wasn't much of a "learning zone" for you, was it?

Anyway, school isn't a learning zone anyhow. Sure, you "learn" how to do basic math, read, and write(skills you will need to be slaves to the corporate machine for the rest of your life), but the biggest most important thing you're supposed to learn at school is to shut the f**k up and do what you're told like a good little slave. That, and keeping us from pursuing knowledge on our own, lest we actually learn something useful or interesting that the school doesn't teach us, are the real objectives of school.

For the record, I have no problem with kids watching porn ANYWHERE. "Oh no, he sees a tit! He'll be scarred for life!" Yeah, whatever, you're supposed to suck on the damn things as an infant for food, how could it possibly be damaging? Anti-porn people make no damn sense. If you don't like to watch it, fine, but quit being some "moral" crusader and imposing your will on others, trying to get rid of s**t you don't like when all you really have to do is just opt out...

We could debate this all day.

Fact is - Phones, Music/video players etc generally arent allowed in class.

Students certainly arent allowed to watch videos in class - why should this situation be treated any different.
Where I live, they're allowed as long as you wear headphones and keep it to yourself (or at least those were the rules when I went to high school). In one of my classes, the teacher had a Nintendo 64 hooked up to a small TV in a corner of the room. As long as we students did our work, we could spend the rest of the time playing Mario Kart or GoldenEye.

Lol, thank you for your kind words, asp-z.

By the way... It is PERFECTLY normal for kids to be looking at porn. You get to the age of about 12, your dick starts growing, your balls, armpits, face, chest, ass(pretty much everywhere, but it varies from person to person), all start growing hair. Your voice gets deeper, you grow taller, blah blah, we should all know this by now... The hormones kick in, you start making sperm, you get horny, you want to have sex, but you can't due to age of consent laws and societal restrictions, so you look at porn and jerk off. This is 100% normal(well technically, natural is normal, and what's natural is for us to start actually having sex when the urges kick in, but I'm not here to play semantics). It might not be "normal" to be looking at tentacle rape hentai, but so what? First of all, normal is boring. Secondly, Aspies aren't normal. Third, perhaps this kid gets a kick out of people's negative reactions to disgusting things, or maybe he just thinks it's funny and wants others to laugh at it with him. Who knows? Either way, my point is that looking at porn is completely normal whether you choose to acknowledge it or not. Also, I would never want to be anywhere near you. You'd probably be a police informant too, calling the cops everytime you hear/see/smell someone smoking pot too...

He is 15, and watches it everyday. You don't explore your sexuality in a classroom, you do it in private. And "exploring your sexuality" isn't trying to show kids your perverted tentacle rape cartoons.
When I was 17, I knew a kid who brought an iPod to school most days, and he had a bunch of that tenticle porn stuff on it. He tried to show me, and as he was describing it, I told him that hentai wasn't my thing. He showed a few others, but nobody ever told on him because we didn't really care about what he did.

Yeah. The way you're making it sound, he's running around, his Hentai on speakers, f*****g shoving in everyone's face as he orgasms. If that's the case, I understand why you're upset. But, I can't picture that. Move to another seat. Problem solved.

You can't be so angry at him just because of what he likes to watch or listen to, especially if the teachers allow him to use the device. Unless you're like one of those people that wants to start confrontations with people because of the way they are (Like a bully), Moving away should be enough.

Oh, and one more thing about schools. You don't really LEARN anything from them because it's all about memorization and regurgitation of facts, nothing more. Most things people are taught in highschool, they never friggin' remember. And they certainly can't have any sort of intelligent discussion about them either because all they know how to do is regurgitate facts(if they're lucky enough to remember said facts after the test is over).

So I see other porn junkies are creeping out of their caves..

This is a school zone. OP has the right to be shielded from all the distrubing behaviour.
The hentai guy as a right to shove his profanities in my face? I'm telling him to f-off but he keeps doing that?
Why would OP should even CARE about that guy? Teach him a lesson alright.

DerStadtschutz wrote:
That, and keeping us from pursuing knowledge on our own

Yeah and shoving porn into my face is just the way to go?
Quote:
Anti-porn people make no damn sense.

It might not to you but surely you are going to refuse our right to our own opinion?

If I were a female and saw that s**t - or if I was purposely exposed to it - now that's a form of bullying.
What if I was asexual? What if I had a PTSD? How about my religious rights?

You moral cynics make me sick. You just have to sparkle another debate in which you have already won?
It's not an issue here. OP has the right to complain here. Period.
The kid can jerk off in PRIVACY as much as he desires.

And as apersonal opinion - this is not normal. Our culture is perverted beyond belief. There are different people and I myself am almost asexual. I find all this sex filled culture just disgusting. And I am Aspie so anyone watching hentai over my back will be disturbing me. Maybe I am not mentally okay, but FFS I have my right to be this s**t free at least in school. It's not normal. It's normal ONLY to you.

SOME people actually do stuff in school, learn and prepare for their future. If you watch porn all day long then it's your problem. Yeah yeah so the hentai guy learns how to rape women??

OP himself has AS, so he has the right to be protected from what he thinks is disturbing. Your moral judgements concern NO ONE. Go pass a law first.
