Nintendofan, it is customary when speaking English to refer to a person as masculine when the sex cannot be determined. Feminine is specific in English, while masculine can be generic.

I understand if you don't want to be referred to as a "he", but you really need to indicate somewhere in your description that you're female. Otherwise, we don't know.

When I was younger I loved Lego but (especially when very young) I often found it frustrating to the point of rage. ("This should work - but it hasn't worked - BUT IT SHOULD - GRRRRRRRRRRR!! !!") :)

It is not her problem that you can't be bothered to look under her profile to see her gender. She doesn't have to write Hey everyone, I'm a female under every single post to cater towards society's piss poor judgements cast on women to view of them as second.

Classifying everyone as male unless otherwise specified is demeaning towards females. There are several females ESPECIALLY here that aren't into the princess programming only.

Love Legos, but they're just complicated to take apart... and put together if you're not reading the instructions properly (or if the pieces you have look way different than the ones in the book).

I used to hate that about Lego. My fingers would be so sore an red from trying to unstick the pieces. My parents always shouted at me for using my teeth to prize them apart.

Good. I don't like Disneyland so my scheme worked! Turn the car around. Send me to my room instead.

I can't see what so good about Disneyland. Cinderella can go somewhere, and Mickey and Minnie Mouse can go get stuck on those glue traps.

...Because of that ... He just might keep going ('cause some people can be jerks like that). 8O

It's grammatical, male dominance is a part of the very language itself, it's the language that's sexist, not the people using it.

LEGO blocks are extremely difficult to take apart and a little difficult to put together. They hurt my fingers a lot. Maybe I have extremely weak fingers. Another thing of things that is extremely difficult to take apart and put together is a molecular model set for building chemical structures. The sets come with tools to take the balls off the sticks, but the taking apart and putting together still hurt my fingers. The activity is an exercise in pain. When I was little, I was super duper happy lucky yum yum yum to have a set of blocks that I could stack into lovely dreamly structures without the blocks having to be barnacled and unbarnacled from each other.
