When I meltdown I hit my legs and head.
My hands and legs are bruised.

I have special sound isolating headphones/earmuf (that workers use)
That somtimes get put on my head to help. There is "autistic" typed on paper that is taped to the headphones/earmuf so when I'm outside pepole understand.

I think I typically avoid situations I think will cause anxiety or anything like a meltdown, whether its always totally intentional rather than just habit I am not sure.

I also like to try avoidance as well. If I'm not in such a situation, than the meltdown won't happen.
