My pets have always been very quiet.

I even adopted a friends dog who barked constantly and after a month the neighbors didnt believe I still had it unless they saw it.

Perhaps they realize their loud noises cause me discomfort and change their behavior on their own? I never actively tried to train them.

Ugh! *shiver* My reaction to hearing a baby cry for more than four or five minutes is to pass out where I stand. That pitch! - its almost unbelievable. *shiver*
Seriously, my senses can't handle it. I'd have more success trying to walk up the outside of the CN Tower wearing suction cups on my feet in 30 seconds than trying to withstand the screams of an infant.
