"Enduring" is what I use.

Probably overly dramatic, but it works.

Namaste, that sucks what you're going through. I'm sorry. I read your other posts about your work and it was a rough situtation. You're a sweet girl.

It's depresion. I have it too.

Talk to a priest perhaps. If the pyschiatrist gave you meds that make you sleep than call of pharmacy or doctor's office and tell them.

I get the feeling that 'enduring' medication stoped working. It did for me.

I'm dragging on. I have no job and I'm too scared of change to travel.

So at least you have a job and like to travel.

I guess I'm doing ok in other areas. Still, not much is changing.

namaste, I've been there myself(still might not be out of it, yet). I know what it's like to feel like you're shuffling in place. This may sound weird, but have you tried an emergency on-call therapist or hotline? Sometimes just talking to someone who sounds like they care can help.

maybe we have to get used to the fact that, no matter how much skill we develop, most human interaction will be disappointing and unsatisfying, because it is not really authentic, and we do have a need (perhaps from our ape heritage) for genuine authentic human connection.

maybe it's possible to train ourselves to just expect way less
