Do you tell people what you are going to do?

I verbalize what I'm going to do ALL the time. My dad HATES IT! "I'm going to go take a shower." IMO I don't want to get yelled at OMG! go clean house first/dishes etc. So I verbalize I'm going to go shower/study/play a videogame etc. So you know that 1) The bathroom is occupied use the other or 2) game/study LEAVE ME THE HELL ALONE FOR AWHILE!! !! ! IMO I verbalize to double check that I've done everything around the house. I don't make lists I talk. Ok anything else that needs to be done because I'm going to go study/play a game which equals LEAVE ME THE HELL ALONE FOR A LITTLE WHILE! I don't know how NOT to constantly verbalize. IMO I rather do that than get yelled at for OMG! you need to do this first. I usually do "my own thing" the studying/game and get yelled at to OMG! do clothes/chores.
