I do notice that I will study at home and without realizing it I will rock slightly back and forth while I am sitting there. I would not do this in public since I know the repercussions and only do it while I am alone. I am not sure if I did this as a young child growing up and my parents called me on it so I stopped and only do it when I am alone. :?:
