Fortunately for me, I've got a pretty strict spam filter that catches those. There are people that gullible as to fall for those, I seriously had to talk my gullible ex out of sending money to one of those Nigerian scammers, as he's fallen for every MLM scheme and other con out there. You name it, chances are good he's fallen for it, including ScAmway and at least one Internet "mall." His gullibility is on my list of reasons he's my ex.

Even then, I think that targeting people with disabilities is just evil.
