I pace, go on a long walk, distract myself on the internet, talk to myself. I might also hide in my room and sleep.

I read this forum (on my phone if I'm not at home). It's very reassuring that other people have the same feelings and/or problems that I do.

To calm myself down, I either pace, drink coffee or listen to Johnny Cash.

I do the same thing with my iphone.

Usually I get back to my sanctuary, where it's isolated from most sounds and where it's cool (temperature wise). It's also very dark here. I come here to cool off from all sensory stimuli.
