About the rush of adrenaline/anxiety, you are probably right about that. When it starts while in a social gathering, it's only downhill from there.

Wouldn't that be just awesome! I have seen a japanese invention on youtube a few years ago, that made me abit envious. It was a shirt with a built-in fan. How I have longed for that one in big dinnerparties..
