I'm nowhere what society perceives to be as "normal" but what I do is I usually try and mimic people. I see what they do in certain situations and act in a similar manner.

How do you carry off the appearance of being normal?
I hold my breath, mentally speaking. When I get home I can breathe again. I hold back very much of myself, and give to others those parts of myself experience have taught me each individual wants. It's exhausting.

Observe people around me. Then imitate them. Sounds obvious, but it took me a couple of decades to get the hang of it.. Then again, I have always been an accomplished mimic.

Sincerely,
Matthew

I have no interest in being "normal" however that is defined. I am myself and happy that way. People can assume all they want. I am not bothered by that and you shouldn't be either.
