I monologue enough on mine so I'll keep it short and sweet

My music interest started early, before I was 5, I had several relatives that played guitar, and my grandpa gave me a busted electric guitar for a toy. But the guitars were always just a prop until I was 17 and finally learned chords

My recording interest started around 6 years of age when an uncle gave me a cassette player and some tapes. I didn't record anything in particular, just everything. Except the sound of my own voice until I started writing music

My parts interest has been going on since I first escaped from the crib and continues to this day

The mopeds - seen them growing up and by the time I was eligible to drive they disappeared. Much later (2002) I was at a backyard punk party and drank way too much beer and smoked too much pot and popped too many benzos. All that beer had to go somewhere right? I head for the side yard next to the garage and there is a 1980 Sachs Westlake about to get wet. I ask the guy whose house it is "what's the deal with that moped?" He says take it, that thing's been there forever. A little while later I ask him again, and he's serious to get rid of it. I went to a local (the last local) shop to get a part here, a part there, before I know it I'm spending so much time there, that the shop owner is overwhelmed by customers that I offer myself to fix a bike that's due to be picked up soon. He asked me back again and started teaching me more and more, until he ended up burning himself out a few years ago, but between the wisdom he passed on to me and the recommendations I've been able to indulge my interest without too much out-of-pocket on my part

Well ages 6-11 I was obsessed with the musical cats...I came across it when my advanced 1st grade class did reports on it.....

After that came nicki minaj I just listened to her to look cool...but then I found that I really loved her and have been obsessed since that's been 5 years now

I've read a tiny bit about Nicki Minaj and she seems to be a very interesting person. I like some of her songs too, with "Super Bass" being a personal favorite.

The how is more interesting than the what. Maybe I was obsessed by music as a child or I was just listening to it a lot. But - it was a test in 3rd grade, some nation-wide examination, and it seemed I scored an astounding 98% on music retention. So there was this buzz from the teachers and my parents. & there I was, OK, here is my 1st score in the world. It turned out to be a curse but at the time it was a fun deal. So it's like my obsession was induced by societal approval. Ah ha, society's fault.
