This old thread brings up an interesting question. Is this hypersensitivity related to taking a shower only. I rarely take a shower, maybe once a year. But I do take baths. I do not find taking a bath causes any great hypersensitivity or anxiety issues.

Do you have a bath?

I hate water splashing in my face so I can't shower but I take regular baths.

Yes it's bad for the environment but I don't holiday as much as NTs do (I've not taken a flight in over a decade) so it evens out.
