The drugs for X sometimes do improve things though. Some people do find stimulants and anti-depressants help a little, just not as dramatically as for some of the other diagnoses.

Absolutely. But Marcustwelve has been taking certain medications that have proved ineffective. If he's gone through the gamut of antidepressants and SSRIs on the market, then what is his alternative? To see if his body produces the catecholamines and neurotransmitters that the drugs inhibit/allow synthetically, which would mean performing regular physical exercise?
